Window cleaning in Seabrook
The best window cleaning you’ve ever had, or it’s free.
Seabrook sits where Clear Lake meets Galveston Bay, so the glass on Todville Road takes salt from two directions. We keep it clear inside and out, on a set neighborhood day.

What Seabrook does to a window
Seabrook is the most exposed town on our Clear Lake route. Todville Road runs right along the open edge of Galveston Bay, and the houses on the water side of it, along with the streets of Old Seabrook behind them, get a salt spray that is closer to the Gulf than the lake. The wind comes off the bay most afternoons from spring through fall, and the east-facing glass goes dull within two or three weeks of a clean. Along the Clear Lake side, around Lakewood and the marinas, the spray is lighter but it is constant, and boat traffic through the channel adds a thin layer of exhaust on anything facing the water.
Away from the water the trouble changes. The older streets of Old Seabrook and Miramar are shaded by live oaks and pines that drop pollen every March, and the shade keeps the north-facing glass and porch screens green with mildew in the shoulder seasons. El Jardin and the newer homes off Red Bluff Road and Repsdorph Road run sprinklers on hard municipal water, which leaves a line of mineral spots along the lower panes. Pine Gully and the Taylor Lake side combine bayou humidity with the brackish air, and on still days a refinery haze drifts in from Bayport and settles on everything facing north.
A quarterly plan suits most Seabrook homes, with the inside glass done once a year. Homes on Todville Road and the Clear Lake waterfront usually go to every month, and most owners have us come back after hurricane season to clear the grit out of the tracks and screens. Homes on Red Bluff Road and in El Jardin that sit under the oaks often add a spring visit to catch the pollen before it bakes onto the screens. We work Old Seabrook, the waterfront and the Red Bluff side on their own days, and send a text the morning of each visit so nobody has to wait at home.

Seabrook window cleaning questions
How much does window cleaning cost in Seabrook?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Seabrook?
Bayfront homes on Todville Road and the Clear Lake waterfront pick up salt within weeks and do best every month or two. Homes in Old Seabrook, Miramar and El Jardin a few streets back are fine on a quarterly plan. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Can you clean the glass on homes raised on pilings?
Yes. A lot of Todville Road and Old Seabrook houses are two or three stories above a parking level, and we clean them with water-fed poles from the ground and ladders where needed. Tell us how many stories on the quote form so we bring the right equipment.
Can you clean around hurricane shutters and storm panels?
Yes. If your shutters are up for the season we clean what is reachable and come back for the rest once they are down. Accordion and roll-down shutters do not get in the way of a regular clean.
